Jay-Z has finally broken his silence on Occupy Wall Street, saying that he has no idea what it was. “What’s the thing on the wall,” he recalled asking protestors who asked him to lend his support. “What are you fighting for?” Jay-Z, who has undergone a fairly significant tax bracket shift since his early days as a struggling Brooklyn drug dealer, went a little further and said that he found the whole Occupy thing to be un-American. “When you just say ‘The one percent is ‘that,’ that’s not true’ …this is free enterprise.
