The long, long, long gestating new Ghostbusters movie finally has an official green light. Paul Feig, the director behind Bridesmaids and Freaks and Geeks, will team up with Katie Dippold, the writer behind Parks & Rec, to create the script. And, as rumored, the new Ghostbusters will be all women, which gives Bill Murray’s awesome dream team a shot at becoming a reality.
Reportedly, Emma Stone has already passed on the film, which opens up the possibility for a little more diversity than Murray’s lineup included. And, wouldn’t you know it, Yvette Nicole Brown’s schedule just opened up …
