Just days after Arcade Fire announced that their new album Reflecktor would drop on Oct. 29, it’s been announced that the Canadian rock outfit will be providing the score for the upcoming Spike Jonze film Her. The movie stars Joaquin Phoenix as a lonely writer who falls in love with a Siri-like operating system. It’s not the first time Jonze has teamed with Aracade—he directed the band’s short movie Scenes from the Suburbs and also used their “Wake Up” for his film Where the Wild Things Are.
