Is Batfleck getting his own movie? According to rumors in The Latino Review—a site that seems to have some inside knowledge when it comes to superhero movies—following the release of Zack Snyder’s Batman V. Superman, the Caped Crusader may be featured in his own solo movie. The site is reporting that The Batman would be slated for a 2018 release, and in addition to featuring Affleck reprising his role as the Dark Knight, he would also direct the film, which may be written by his Argo-collaborator Chris Terrio. Obviously, the future Batman movie is still a rumor, and a lot can change in three years, but with a box office schedule full of Marvel releases, there’s a good chance we’ll be getting more Batman soon, as well …
