The Coen brothers’ next movie is being called Hail Caeser!, and follows a Hollywood fixer in the 1950s who pulls the strings of major studios to get what they want (if it sounds like the Coens want to brutally bite the hand that feeds, remember that Inside Llewyn Davis got stood up for any Oscar nominees last year, so Hollywood sort of asked for it). George Clooney will star as the fixer, and Channing Tatum will play a “Gene Kelly-type,” which sounds pretty perfect. Ralph Fiennes will star as a big studio exec and Tilda Swinton will play a gossip columnist. All in all, it sounds like great news for people who like great movies …
