
Last night, Saints quarterback Drew Brees became the NFL’s all-time passing yardage leader, surpassing Peyton Manning for the record.
After breaking the record, in a touching moment, Brees ran to the sidelines and embraced his wife and young children. Following the game, Brees was asked about what he told them: “It’s probably what I tell them every night before they go to bed, which is , you can accomplish anything in life if you’re willing to work for it. Nothing is given. Everything is earned. God has equipped us for great works. I tell them that every night.”
