In a new interview with conservative commentator Dr. Jordan Peterson, Elon Musk shared the reason behind his decision to purchase X and heavily donate to conservative political candidates: to fight the “woke mind virus.”
Musk shared that his desire to fight the “virus” was sparked after he realized he had been “tricked” into agreeing to gender-affirming care procedures for one of his children when they were still a minor. Musk said that his child, who legally changed their name from Xavier to Vivian Jenna Wilson and is now 20 years old, was “killed” by the “woke mind virus.”
“I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys,” Musk told Peterson in the Daily Wire interview. “This was really before I had any understanding of what was going on, and we had COVID going on, so there was a lot of confusion and I was told Xavier might commit suicide.”
The Tesla CEO claimed the process is done to children “who are far below the age of consent” and said he believes gender-reassignment surgery “child mutilation and sterilization.”
“I was tricked into doing this,” Musk said. “I lost my son, essentially. They call it ‘deadnaming’ for a reason. The reason they call it ‘deadnaming’ is because your son is dead.”
