Gamechanger: Chick-fil-A Is Entering the Meal Kits Market

There’s a way to have Chick-fil-A on Sundays now, sorta. The restaurant chain is testing out a new line of meal-kit products customers can pick up in-store, via drive-thru or by ordering on the Chick-fil-A app. There are five recipes so far, including chicken parmesan and a chicken flatbread. Right now, the kits are being tested in the Atlanta area. Chick-fil-A is the first fast-casual chain to offer something like this, and customer feedback will determine if the meal kits are rolled out further across the country.

Each kit costs $15.89 and serves two (so a bit cheaper than Chick-fil-A for two). They can be refrigerated, but have a use-by date. Here’s the important part: The five recipes include Chicken Enchiladas, Chicken Parmesan, Dijon Chicken, Pan Roasted Chicken and Chicken Flatbread.
