Watching the new season of Stranger Things is going to cost you.
Netflix announced that it is raising the prices of customers on their standard tier(from $9.99 to $10.99) and premium tier (from $11.99 to $13.99). However, if you are still on the $7.99 basic plan, your price won’t be changing.
The changes will start to go into effect in November, but, all subscribers will be given a 30-day notice before it kicks in for them.
In a statement, they said,

From time to time, Netflix plans and pricing are adjusted as we add more exclusive TV shows and movies, introduce new product features and improve the overall Netflix experience to help members find something great to watch even faster.
[/lborder]Look, all those new Adam Sandler movies, future seasons of Rob Schneider’s Real Rob and more episodes of Fuller House aren’t going to pay for themselves.
