
A few weeks ago, it was reported that a handful of popular BBC series would soon be leaving Netflix as some of the network’s contracts with the streaming provider expired. Well, we’ve got some good news. Though a couple of titles will no longer be available come February (Red Dwarf, Fawlty Towers, Blackadder, MI-5), a new agreement has been reached, and hits like The Office, Doctor Who, Luther, Sherlock and Call of the Midwife aren’t going anywhere. A spokesperson for Netflix also told The Hollywood Reporter that some initial reports that all BBC shows (including some of the aforementioned ones) were up for renewal were not accurate.
