Fresh on the heels of a season which saw the return (well, really, the debut, if you think about it) of Gus Fring, Better Call Saul finds Saul Goodman predecessor Jimmy McGill still up to his slippery ways, even though he’s technically out of the legal game, for now.
Details on the new season are still scant, but if the teaser is any indication, there’s still going to be plenty of greasy palms, across-the-desk shouting matches, sly half-grins and unexpected violence.
Also, Bob Odenkirk in a track suit. Always a good sign.
We’re inching closer to Breaking Bad territory. We’ll know exactly how close we are when the new season of Better Call Saul hits AMC on August 6.
