Jurassic World just claimed the biggest opening weekend of all time. After international ticket sales were tallied up, the reboot of the dinosaur adventure franchise became the first movie to bring in more than $500 million in a single weekend. Though domestically, its total of $204 million isn’t quite enough to break The Avengers record of the biggest opening in the U.S. box office history, thanks to strong 3-D ticket sales and pretty much everyone on the planet going to see Chris Pratt ride around on a motorcycle fighting hybrid dino-beasts, internationally, the movie brought in north of $511 million.
