In case you missed it, LeBron James is producing a three-part docu-series for Showtime called “Shut Up and Dribble.” The series will follow the changing role of athletes in our current political environment, with its title being taken from Laura Ingraham’s remarks to James back in February when the Golden State Warriors declined an invite to the White House after the 2018 NBA Finals.
James will executive produce alongside Maverick Carter and Gotham Chopra.
The series will debut in October, conveniently kicking off at the start of the 2018-19 NBA season.
