Mindy Kaling, Reese Witherspoon and Oprah are among the stars currently in New Zealand filming a big-screen adaptation of the classic sci-fi novel A Wrinkle in Time for Disney. And, if their recent Instagram pictures are any indication, they are having a really good time.
Filmmaker Ava DuVernay (Selma, 13th) is directing the new version of Madeleine L’Engle’s book, which is known for its heavy Christian themes, a reflection of the deep faith of its author.
The movie drops in April 2018.
