Saoirse Ronan, Florence Pugh, Emma Watson and Eliza Scanlen will be bringing Louisa May Alcott’s March sisters to life in the movie that is sure to set the hearts of bookworms around the world aflutter, but the upcoming Little Women adaptation’s real secret weapon is Greta Gerwig, the excellent filmmaker behind Lady Bird (oh, also, Timothée Chalamet is here. Don’t want to get the Timothée Chalamet fandom mad by neglecting to mention him.). The trailer looks terrific.
The movie will drop this Christmas, and odds are, you’ll be hearing plenty about it between then and Oscar season.
