After winning the Fan Favorite award at last year’s Tiny Desk Contest, Christian rapper nobigdyl is back with another acoustic performance that’s getting buzz from the competition’s judges.
“Imago Interlude” was highlighted on the latest episode of Tiny Desk Contest Top Shelf, a livestream series featuring the best contest entries, picked by the judges. NPR Music’s Bobby Carter and artist LaRussell discussed the performance here (starting at 4:30) and said it was one of their favorites from this year’s entries.
