Today is a big day for fans of The Simpsons. A year after purchasing the rights to the classic animated franchise, the cable network FX is finally launching the all-encompassing Simpsons World app. The good news is it’s made to be used on almost all of your devices. The bad news is it’s only available to authenticated cable subscribers and there are also ads (Doh!).
Along with all 500+ episodes of the series, the app is essentially made to convert any casual fan into a full-fledge Simpsons nerd by giving them access to tons of extra features like custom playlists, a Simpson-centric newsfeed, crazy specific search capabilities, behind the scenes content and more.
