
Writer and director Nora Ephron has died. The queen of romantic comedies is best known for penning the classic When Harry Met Sally, and then writing and directing Sleepless in Seattle and You’ve Got Mail, among others. The Internet was buzzing all day with contradictory reports about Ephron’s health, but it turns out she died Tuesday in New York of pneumonia brought on by acute myeloid leukemia, according to her son Jacob Bernstein.
