An NPR affiliate station in California has released their own, unashamedly nerdy version of a March Madness tournament bracket, pitting 32 public radio shows against each other in a winner take all vote. The bracket features everything from perennial powerhouses like A Prairie Home Companion, This American Life and Fresh Air, to hot newcomers including The Dinner Party, Radiolab and The Moth Radio Hour, along with a few scruffy local show underdogs like Which Way, L.A. and Off-Ramp.
