It’s hard to know how to feel about sequels. On the one hand, sequels can be great. Getting all your old pals back together for another adventure sounds great, in theory. Unfortunately, that theory doesn’t always turn out great. For every one Empire Strikes Back, there are twenty sequels like Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. So, how should we feel about The Incredibles 2? On the one hand, The Incredibles stood out among Pixar’s better work even in their glory days.
