
Sigur Rós (who you may know as “the world’s most normal band”) is well known for creating sounds that can transport listeners into lonely dreamscapes of ethereal majesty, but even their most devoted fans admit that their albums leave a little something to be desired when it comes to smell. Having heard the pleas of their legions of fans, the band has addressed the somewhat glaring oversight and released a candle. We haven’t smelled it yet (you better believe we will), but the band’s site describes it as “the smoky, slightly briny smell of a flotsam campfire on a distant black beach under a wan midnight sun.
