Filmmaker Steven Spielberg has reportedly bought the writes to a new, epic, historical book from writer Doris Kearns Goodwin—the same author who wrote the book that served as the source material for Lincoln. Even though Goodwin’s 900-page The Bully Pulpit: Theodore Roosevelt, William Taft and the Golden Age of Journalism won’t even be released until Nov. 5, Dreamworks is reportedly pretty excited about her latest work.
