
Despite a series of delays and false starts, Universal’s Steve Jobs biopic has kicked off production, according to Entertainment Weekly. The movie, based on Walter Isaacson’s best-selling book about the Apple founder, stars Michael Fassbender as Jobs and Seth Rogen as early business partner Steve Wozniak. In a press release, the studio explained that the movie, from director Danny Boyle and screenwriter Aaron Sorkin, is “set backstage at three iconic product launches and end[s] in 1998 with the unveiling of the iMac” and that it promises to take viewers “behind the scenes of the digital revolution to paint an intimate portrait of the brilliant man at its epicenter” …
