The new season of Stranger Things promises “one summer can change everything.” Ah, yes indeed. For us, our life-changing summer came way, way back in 2004, when the swim team changed to the fancy new pool, Tasty Freeze-dom Ice Cream was just opening its star-spangled doors and Cindy Coriander started lifeguarding at the YMCA. Those were the days!
But we digress. Stranger Things 3 has unleashed a new announcement trailer for its upcoming release date: July 4, 2019.
The ad contains numerous goodies aside from the announcement, dropping hints aplenty, but only the most sharp-eyed viewers will be able to hunt them all down.
In the meantime, you can also turn to the recently-revealed episode titles for further perusal. The episode titles are: “Suzie, Do You Copy?,” “The Mall Rats,” “The Case of the Missing Lifeguard,” “The Sauna Test,” “The Source,” “The Birthday,” “The Bite” and “The Battle of Starcourt.” A battle at a shopping mall? Zombie movies taught us those were always something to be excited about. It’s only January? Bring on the dog days!
