A blogger and “amateur technology project maker” named Michael Darby is keeping the dream of the ‘90s alive with a new “wearable” that runs on his favorite operating system: Windows ’98.
Using a collection of devices, he even wired up his “watch” to use a touchscreen, like the most massive, nerdiest, PC version of an Apple Watch ever created.
And, yes, for anyone who also wants to own their own Windows ’98 watch, Darby has written instructions and post them online for all to see.
