The full version of the song is available on all streaming platforms, and fair warning: the song hits you a little differently after ten years. So whether you’re thinking about the band’s journey or your own after the last decade, if it makes you a little emotional, don’t be alarmed.
Back in 2011, siblings Tyler and Maggie Heath released a self-titled EP of Celtic-inspired folk songs. Ten years and six studio albums later, The Oh Hellos are still creating infectious old music that subtly weaves in elements of faith into their fun songs. Whether it’s C.S. Lewis’ Screwtape Letters, which inspired the band’s second album Dear Wormwood, or mythological gods like Eurus, Boreas and Zephyrus, the Oh Hellos have connected spirituality their songs in a moving way for ten years and counting.
