Elephants are awesome. This requires no proof beyond a functional brain. Everyone knows elephants are awesome. Little kids know it. Old folks know it. Poachers and big game hunters may not know it, but they’re outliers. Elephants are leathery giants with rope noses. There is nothing not to love.
And that is why we’re almost bound to love this upcoming documentary on Apple TV+, narrated by Chiwetel Ejiofor, that follows the journey of one elephant family and its (awesome) matriarch.
