A town in Iceland has figured out a way to get cars to actually slow down for people trying to cross the road: With an optical illusion.
The way that the white lines are painted on the street make them appear to be floating blocks.
Photographer Ágúst G. Atlason posted some shots of the road on Facebook, and they are pretty mind-blowing.
