The first trailer for The Old Stories: Moses dropped today, offering a first look at the new three-part series set in the world of House of David.
Starring Ben Kingsley as Moses and O-T Fagbenle as Pharaoh, the series expands the biblical universe Wonder Project has been building with House of David. Jon Erwin, the founder of Wonder Project, created the project and serves as its writer, director and executive producer.
The series is framed as a companion to House of David, shifting the focus back to the stories that shaped Israel before David’s rise.
“Moses is one of the most iconic figures in history, and his story still resonates with us today,” Erwin said. “We set out to tell The Old Stories: Moses with a cinematic awe and scale that feels both epic and personal. I am especially proud of the cast performances, and I can’t wait for people to see it.”
The Old Stories: Moses will premiere this spring on Wonder Project’s subscription through Prime Video in the U.S. A wider global release on Prime Video will follow later.
