Nate Bargatze is dropping not one, but two new stand-up specials on Netflix.
The comedian — fresh off his second time hosting Saturday Night Live — will drop Your Friend, Nate Bargatze on December 24. It’s his first Netflix special since The Tennessee Kid (2019) and The Greatest Average American (2021), and it’s the gift we didn’t know we needed this holiday season. His second still-untitled special is slated for release in 2025.
The Netflix special will close out a massive year for Bargatze. In addition to his SNL gig, he was named the top-grossing touring comedian in the world, signed with Universal Music Group Nashville, and broke several arena tour records. He’s also announced his upcoming book, Big Dumb Eyes: Stories From a Simpler Mind which will drop in May 2025, and he’s set to host a primetime variety special for CBS. Oh, and he launched his own production company, Nateland Entertainment.
It looks like the nicest guy in comedy is also the busiest one.
