Andy Mineo is a rapper who is honest about his faith. And in this new short video from YouVersion (below), he opens up about doubt.
Mineo says that wrestling with doubt led him to forget everything he thought he knew about God and start from scratch with what Scripture actually says.
“Basically I felt like, let me just wipe everything out that I know about God and start from zero, but let me start with the Bible” he said. “We look through the Scripture and we see David and all kinds of people just shaking their fist at God being like ‘Yo what’s up?’ asking questions and angry. God wants relationship with us and He can handle our fears, our outbursts and our emotions with Him.”
