This week marked the release of the new album from indie rock outfit Judah & the Lion.
And to promote Pep Talks, the band performed their latest single “Over My Head.”
Judah and the Lion, which started as a worship group from Nashville, recently opened up to RELEVANT about using their music to give hope to other people experiencing difficult times. The album explores a time in lead singer Judah Akers’ life when his parents struggled with addiction and eventually divorced.
He told RELEVANT, “It doesn’t matter who you are, your story matters so much but your story doesn’t define you. At the end of the day you get to define your story.”
