Wesley Huff brought a blunt Gospel message to one of the biggest audiences in podcasting this week.
Huff appeared on The Diary of a CEO, one of the most listened-to podcasts hosted by Steven Bartlett, in an episode published on March 9. The conversation ran more than two hours and has already drawn millions of views on YouTube.
The clip getting the most attention came when Bartlett asked the question directly: “So if I don’t believe in Jesus, and I don’t believe in the Bible, but I live a good life, and I don’t believe in God, am I going to hell or heaven as it relates to the scriptures?”
Huff answered just as directly.
“If you’re living your life rejecting God, God is not going to force you into his presence,” he said.
When Bartlett followed up — “So I’m not gonna go into heaven then. Where am I going to go?” — Huff replied, “Well, you would go to hell.”
Huff then turned laid out the Gospel to Bartlett — and his millions of listeners.
“Stephen Bartlett, I desire you to have a personal relationship with your creator because I don’t want you to experience whatever hell is,” Huff said. “The urgency of the Christian message is the bad news is really bad and that’s what makes the good news so good. Jesus has taken on that hell on your behalf.”
Huff has become an increasingly visible Christian voice in major podcast spaces, including a widely discussed appearance on The Joe Rogan Experience. Now, The Diary of a CEO has put that same direct message in front of another enormous mainstream audience.
