Who will be J.J. Abrams’ Jedi hero? According to a report from Variety, Disney has narrowed down the search for the role of the young Jedi in-training in the upcoming Star Wars sequels to a short list that includes Downton Abbey star Ed Speleers, Friday Night Lights/Breaking Bad favorite Jesse Plemons and John Boyega, star of the British monster comedy Attack the Block (pictured below in the image on Variety), along with theater actors Matthew James Thomas and Ray Fisher. Though Disney or Abrams had no comment on the rumors, the casting decision will most likely be made soon, as Dark Helmet is dying to find out who his next mortal enemy will be.
