The movement for women’s equality in the workplace takes a giant leap forward with this one. Ready or not, there is an all-girls take on the bro-movie bash-up in the works, and it just signed female MMA fighter Gina Carano. Producer Adi Shankar expounded on the decision to cast Carano with this truly amazing quote he gave to Variety: “I don’t know how I’m supposed to make a movie that is supposed to be the female version of The Expendables without Gina Carano in it.
