After losing $42 million, Yahoo has made what is probably the smart move, and closed down “Yahoo Screen,” its home for original content. Aside from the final season of Community, the streaming service never really gained much attention or audience, with shows like the quirky comedy Other Space getting overshadowed by programs from streaming competitors like Netflix and Hulu. The good news for fans of the shows that Yahoo Screen did create during its two-year run is that they will still be made available on other platforms like Yahoo TV.
