Soon, you can chill like Frodo. A company that sells “Glamping”—that’s glamorous camping; true story—products is crowdsourcing funds to build a hobbit house. You know, like where Bilbo Baggins lived. The company’s “Poddit Hole House” will sit in a grassy bank area among their similar properties. And there will be a Tolkien Society member around, of course. According to Mashable, the little hobbit home will be as sustainable as possible. Specialist builders, Hartwyn Natural Building, will use “low-impact building techniques,” natural materials and low-carbon power heating. The project, has raised £6,000 of its £50,000 target on Kickstarter.
