All of those fun size candy bars and Donald Trump wigs add up. According to a report from the National Retail Federation, Americans are going to spend nearly $7 billion on cheap costumes, candy, spooky decorations and other seasonal junk this Halloween. Believe it or not, that is actually down by nearly $600 million compared to last year. Scary, right?
