A heartening study by the Anti-Defamation League reveals that reported incidents of anti-Semitism in the United States is on the decline, continuing a ten-year trend. In 2013, 751 incidents were reported, dropping a full nineteen percent over the 927 incidents reported in 2012. “The falling number of incidents targeting Jews is another indication of just how far we have come in finding full acceptance in society, and it is a reflection of how much progress our country has made shunning bigotry and hatred,” said Abraham Foxman, ADL’s director.
