In new legal documents filed by Bill Cosby, the comedian claims that before going public, the lawyer of accuser Judy Huth contacted his lawyer making “ominous references to criminal penalties.” The suit says that Huth’s lawyer demanded large sums of money in exchange for his client’s silence on two occasions. Huth recently came forward, saying that Cosby gave her alcohol and sexually assaulted her in 1974 when she was just 15-years-old.
