Boko Haram has unleashed a new series of attacks in Northern Nigeria, seizing villages, indiscriminately shooting civilians, burning Christian churches and hundreds of homes. Though death tolls in the latest raids are still unknown, the number could be well into the hundreds. The Islamic militants launched the most recent attacks in the country as part of their twisted campaign of car bombings, mass shootings, religious persecution, arson and kidnappings.
