For the second year in a row, Lenovo Group CEO Yang Yuanqing is sharing his bonus with the company’s employees. The executive of the Chinese computer and personal technology business is giving $3.25 million to the company’s 10,000 employees in China and across the world. The payment comes out to about $325 per employee—that’s nearly a month’s wages for the average Chinese worker.
