The Chief Minister of Pakistan’s Punjab province has launched an investigation into a disturbing incident in which a Christian couple was beat to death by an angry mob for allegedly desecrating a Quran. According to police, the mob then burned their bodies at the brick kiln where they both worked. Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has also order that more security be sent to Christian neighborhoods.
