
The issue of same-sex marriage will likely go to the Supreme Court as soon as this upcoming summer. On Thursday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit overturned lower court rulings that struck down bans on same-sex marriage in four states: Tennessee, Ohio, Michigan and Kentucky.
