
A prosecutor has announced that a Missouri grand jury has not indicted Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of unarmed teen Michael Brown this summer. The decision sparked demonstrations and protests among the crowds gathered waiting for the announcement. Police in the area launched canisters of tear gas in response to isolated acts of vandalism.
