Officials have reportedly found at least 40 bodies, believed to be passengers onboard a flight that disappeared over the ocean this weekend. AirAsia—who operated the missing passenger plane—said that the wreckage in the Java Sea, just a few miles from where the plane vanished, appeared to be from their aircraft. Before air traffic controllers lost contact with flight QZ8501, the pilot requested permission to change his flight path to avoid storm clouds.
