
Great news for people who like the idea of drinking coffee but don’t actually enjoy coffee itself, Starbucks has announced plans to release a new flavor and, with it, another opportunity to exercise seasonal dominance a la pumpkin spice. Yes, the chestnut praline latte will be released nationwide on November 12, which ought to excite anybody who actually knows what chestnuts taste like, and provided they actually like the taste. The drink, which is associated with coffee only because it comes from a company who claims to serve coffee, was already tested in select markets and is now ready to join the Peppermint Mocha and the Gingerbread Latte and Starbucks’ Christmas drinks.
