Police arrested a Florida man identified by several outlets as 56-year-old Cesar Sayoc in connection with a spate of mail bombs targeting Democrat politicians and public figures. A white van, which was covered in President Donald Trump paraphernalia, was also confiscated in connection with the investigation.
