Rob Ford, the face-punching, crack smoking, bulldozing, epic-split performing once and future mayor of Toronto, is checking out of rehab and is ready to pick up right where he left off. As he wrote in a letter:
Kindly be advised that I will be returning to City Hall on Monday June 30, 2014, in the later portion of the afternoon to resume my duties as mayor of Toronto …Please make the necessary arrangements for my office locks to be restored to their state prior to my departure, for 1 p.m. on the date of my return.
