The U.S. military’s next steps regarding Syria remain unclear and President Barack Obama said in a statement today that he has not made a final decision. He did, however, strongly suggest the possibility of a more narrow strike—insisting that there would be no boots on the ground, and any actions taken would be limited in their scope.
